Supervisor – Roofing & Siding

As a Junior Supervisor, you will oversee roofing and siding projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to Clearway Exteriors' quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership skills in the construction industry while receiving hands‑on training and support. Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations on job sites.
• Ensure projects meet Clearway Exteriors' quality, safety, and timeline expectations.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and crew members.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide project updates.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to track job progress and report on key metrics.
• Participate in training programs to enhance industry knowledge and leadership skills.
• Work order and supplier review for consistent and reliable communication and delivery of proper supplies for each project.

• 1+ years of experience in roofing, siding, or general construction (supervisory experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and project plans.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
