Rate of Pay: $24.00-$26.00/hr based on experience

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support order management and client communication. This role ensures accurate processing of customer requests and timely issue resolution. The position contributes to a positive customer experience through responsiveness and attention to detail.

• Process customer orders accurately in internal systems
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Track and communicate order status and delivery updates
• Resolve billing, shipping, and product issues
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams
• Monitor service metrics and follow established procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year customer service or administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP)
• Bilingual communication skills
