** Customer Service Agent

**** Rate of Pay: $24.00-$26.00/hr based on experience
** H.B. Fuller is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support order management and client communication. This role ensures accurate processing of customer requests and timely issue resolution. The position contributes to a positive customer experience through responsiveness and attention to detail.
** Primary Responsibilities
*** Process customer orders accurately in internal systems
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
* Track and communicate order status and delivery updates
* Resolve billing, shipping, and product issues
* Maintain customer records and documentation
* Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams
* Monitor service metrics and follow established procedures
* Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
** Minimum Requirements
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ year customer service or administrative experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Authorization to work in the U.S.
** Preferred Requirements
*** Associate or bachelor’s degree
* Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
* Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP)
* Bilingual communication skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $24.00-$26.00/hr based on  addition to your salary, H.B.
