We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at All Smiles Orthodontics in a multi location practice. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced and rewarding environment, supporting our orthodontic office in providing top‑notch care to our patients.

• Manage patient scheduling and appointments
• Assist with billing and insurance claims
• Answer phones and greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the office

• Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Willing to travel to all the locations
