Behavioral Health Contractor – Child Support Specialist (Flexible Hours, High Impact)

Children’s Advocate is a trusted behavioral health clinic helping children with social, emotional, and developmental challenges thrive. We believe in consistent care, hands‑on support, and nurturing every child’s potential—one session at a time.

We’re looking for dependable, compassionate Behavioral Health Contractors to work directly with young children who display behavioral needs. You’ll provide one‑on‑one support during therapy sessions, helping children regulate emotions, follow routines, and meet treatment goals in collaboration with licensed clinicians.

• $19/hour + bonuses for reliability & service milestones
• Flexible scheduling: weekdays, part‑time, and full‑day shifts
• Paid shadowing, training, and ongoing professional development

• Option to transition into lead roles or longer‑term contracts
• Must have the ability to be friendly, outgoing, an effective ongoing communicator with the clients, play therapist experience is a plus.

• Freelancers, gap‑year students, or aspiring educators/therapists

• Some college or higher
• Experience with children or behavioral support (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation
• Passion, patience, and professionalism

• Monday‑Friday: 7:15 AM – 12 PM or 12 PM – 4 PM (flexible based on client need)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (flexible based on client needs)
