Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT for an in-home case in Frankfort, IL, delivering direct therapy under a BCBA-designed plan. The role requires an active RBT certification, reliability, and the ability to work three weekday afternoons (about 24 hours weekly) in a family home.
You will contribute data collection, coordination with a supervising BCBA, and ongoing support to the family, with compensation starting at $23/hour plus paid time for non-billable meetings.
