Collaborate with the agent to identify new protection opportunities that provide true value to our existing clients.
Document client interactions accurately within our internal systems to maintain a seamless service history.
Assist in organizing local agency events that celebrate our connections within the Frankfort community.
Resolve service concerns promptly, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences.
RequirementsActive Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license.
Active Illinois Life and Health insurance license.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
Clear and friendly verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail when processing policy changes and documentation.
