Advantage Paving Solutions, Inc is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Capital & Maintenance projects throughout the Mid-West. Position is full time with comprehensive benefits
Responsibilities- b. Assisting operations team with bid sourcing for subcontracted work
- c. Management of subcontract work requiring moderate periods of out of state travel
- d. Reviewing project schedules, phasing and budgets and work orders with Operations Management to identify potential areas of process improvement
- e. Maintaining project budgets and as-built records, reporting all pertinent project information to operations management and other project parties
- f. Ensuring subcontractors adherence to all customer specifications
- g. Preparing Daily Reports for review by Operations Management
- h. Assisting with project closeout procedures
- i. Other duties as reasonably assigned by Operations Management
- a. Bachelor's Degree in Construction is preferred
- b. Experience in construction trades is preferred
- c. Microsoft Office
- c. Travel required up to 80% in summer months. Mostly driving.
Salary commensurate with experience
Including company vehicle, laptop, cellphone, travel reimbursement
