Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards while adhering to safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, precision measuring instruments, and the ability to fabricate components according to specifications.

• Operate CNC machines and other fabrication equipment to produce high-quality parts.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications, applying GD&T principles as necessary.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Set up and program machinery for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Operate press brake machines to shape materials as per design requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining safety standards.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a factory setting is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Proficiency in machining processes and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is highly desirable.
• Experience with fabricating components using various tools and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
