Novolex is hiring an Extrusion Team Lead in Frankfort, IL. The role oversees extrusion operations on a 7pm–7am, 2‑2‑3 schedule, ensuring safe, efficient production and adherence to GMP and quality standards. You will set up dies, supervise staff, and drive productivity while managing safety and paperwork.
The ideal candidate will have a High School or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving, and clear communication. Forklift certification may be required; safety is a top priority.
