Novolex is hiring an Extrusion Team Lead for the Frankfort, IL facility. The role oversees extrusion operations during a 7pm–7am 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, ensuring safety, GMP compliance, quality, and productivity. Starting wage is $26.27 per hour.
Responsibilities include setting up extrusion machinery, coordinating staff, monitoring process variables, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while driving performance and coaching team members as needed.
