Tri-State Water, Power & Air | Full-Time

Are you looking to build your skills in the plumbing trade and gain hands-on experience with water heater installations?
Tri-State Water, Power & Air is hiring a Water Heater Install Helper to support our installation team and learn the skills needed to grow in the industry.

• Assist lead installers with water heater installations and replacements
• Help with installation of tank and tankless water heaters
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
• Prepare job sites and ensure the work area is clean and safe
• Assist with plumbing connections, fittings, piping, and other installation tasks
• Follow direction from lead installers and learn proper installation techniques
• Help ensure installations are completed efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, tools, and job site
• Provide a positive and professional experience for homeowners
• Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards
• Some plumbing, construction, HVAC, or mechanical experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in residential plumbing
• Comfortable working in residential homes and job sites
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical job duties
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Motivated to build a long-term career in the skilled trades
