Position Summary:

The Clubhouse Manager, reporting directly to the Executive Director, is responsible for managing clubhouse operations, including activity planning, event execution, vendor coordination, and seasonal programming, while also ensuring the delivery of key resident services such as meal coordination, light housekeeping oversight, and ongoing resident engagement. Serving as a primary point of contact for residents and families, the Clubhouse Manager exercises independent judgment in addressing resident needs, resolving concerns, and maintaining a high standard of service.

This role is responsible for ensuring the clubhouse operates efficiently and fosters a vibrant, connected, and welcoming community environment.

Essential Duties:

* Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors.

* Plan, organize and coordinate onsite activities including fitness programs, educational lectures, social events, and seasonal gatherings

* Develop, manage, and distribute the clubhouse activity calendar, ensuring accessibility for residents, prospects, and guests

* Maintain reservation list for clubhouse and ensure appropriate

* Coordinate all community events from planning through execution, including setup, facilitation, and post-event breakdown

* Conduct weekly check-ins with cottage residents to assess engagement, satisfaction, and community needs

* Monitor and assist in addressing feedback from resident satisfaction surveys, escalating trends or concerns as appropriate

* Support resolution of resident and family concerns, exercising discretion and sound judgment in issue identification and follow-up

* Provide transportation for residents to scheduled appointments as needed, utilizing the community vehicle

* Coordinate meal and food ordering needs in support of clubhouse operations and resident services

* Oversee light housekeeping needs within the clubhouse to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

* Enter and manage maintenance work orders in the TELS system, ensuring timely communication and follow-up

* Work well with others and take direction from management, as well as taking initiative with the capability to engage in conflict intervention and resolution for residents, families, employees, and others as needed.

* Conduct tours of the clubhouse and cottage homes for residents, prospects, and guests

* Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends in support of community programming and special events

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education and/or

Experience:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

* High School Diploma Required, Associate degree or technical school training, preferred

* Minimum of 1-year related experience is required

* Background or education in management, sociology, or gerontology, preferred

* License to drive Community bus or ability to obtain within 30 days of hired is required.

* CPR or BLS certification preferred

* Ability to effectively use and navigate technology, including internet browsers, Microsoft Office programs and other operational systems such as EHR and HR software
