Production Clerk – Frankfort, IN
This is a full-time, salaried – non-exempt level position.
We are looking for a high potential individual ready to take on challenges and responsibilities within an industrial grain processing facility.

- Handle phone calls and emails

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, etc)
- Assist as back up for hourly employee payroll
- Basic data entry and record keeping – including personnel records and other required documents (digital and physical)
- Create Purchase Orders and track shipping/receiving documentation
- Scheduling and calendar coordination
- Participate in the plant continuous improvement program
- Knowledge of Maximo, Coupa portal Ariba, Performance Excellence or equivalent, and IBM systems preferred
- Assist maintenance team with various clerical tasks

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at‑will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $34,900.00 and $65,500.00.
