Job Requirements:
Valid Indiana Teaching License in the area of secondary Special Education with endorsements in moderate, severe, and profound disabilities; bachelor's degree preferred, upon offer, applicant must complete and clear drug screen and all Indiana background check requirements for school personnel as required by state law.
Job Qualifications:
Applicant must possess a knowledge of best practices in supporting students with multiple disabilities, physical impairments, and emotional/behavioral needs, ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students of all abilities, possess strong communication skills in order to successfully interact with students, staff, and parents; knowledge and use of technology needed for a special education classroom.
