At Elara Caring, we bring care directly to patients in their homes - where they feel safest and most comfortable. We're looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/Home Health Aide) to join our team on a PRN / flexible schedule.

What You'll Do

You'll provide 1:1 care in the patient's home under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including:

* Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

* Assisting with mobility and safe transfers

* Monitoring and reporting changes in condition

* Light hygiene and safety support in the home

* Encouraging independence and comfort

* Communicating with the RN and care team

Requirements

* Active CNA certification (state specific)

* High School Diploma or GED

* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

* Strong communication and compassionate care skills

* Ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and mobility support

* Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs
