Commercial Cleaner Frankfort Indiana

IMMEDIATE NEED:
Part‑time office cleaner needed in Frankfort, Indiana on Mondays and Thursdays after 4:00 PM until 6:30 PM (total of 5 hours a week). Starting pay is $15 an hour.

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers’ buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities.

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided N7 products, tools and procedures.
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows.
• Deactivate and reactivate site alarm as needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Responsible with keys to the site.

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching. Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs. Will provide on‑the‑job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi‑tasked job is a must. Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.

Treat all co‑workers and customers with courtesy and respect.

Must have a working cell phone with cellular service and voicemail.

Must have a car or truck that can reliably get you to the site as needed.

Must be able to reliably and consistently work on Mondays and Thursdays from 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm.
