Ultra Web Operator - 3rd Shift

Ultra Web Operator – Frankfort, IN

Position:
Ultra Web Operator on 3rd shift (10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.) located at our Frankfort, IN facility.

• Recognize and understand the operations and machines involved with the media process.
• Produce media within acceptable quality and quantity standards as stated in the prints and/or route sheets.
• Perform quality checks and tests as assigned.
• Follow first piece and set‑up sheets, monitor production rates.
• Complete all applicable paperwork – scrap report, media usage sheet, media testing sheet, oil runs, etc.
• Perform machine changeover.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.
• Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Use all designated personal protective equipment as required.
• Other duties may be assigned to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision and strategic plan objectives.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with equipment such as gauges, calipers, indicators, scales, and tape measures.
• Ability to use a computer and understand basic math principles.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds from the floor to waist height, 60 inches at 35 pounds, horizontally for 10 feet, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus at least two years of trade school or qualified work experience.

Hourly Rate: $26.59 (actual salaries may vary based on factors such as experience, training, education, performance). Eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
