Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Machine Operations – Verify quality dimensions, load/unload production lines, use measurement tools, 100% manual inspection of parts, change/adjust production tooling, complete production documentation & proper use of JD Edwards. Additional Duties – Daily preventative maintenance, remove and dispose of chips/shavings, replenish fluids/lubricants, and perform 5S cleaning responsibilities. Requires operation of multiple machines at one time and ensures compliance with safety rules, quality guidelines, and production efficiency standards.
- 70% – Perform load/unload, machine operation, trouble‑shooting, insert changes
- 15% – Quality measurement checks, including visual inspection of parts
- 10% – Complete required documentation
- 5% – Other duties as assigned
