We are hiring a full-time Store Customer Service Representative. The role focuses on customer service, operating equipment, preparing and packaging products, and handling orders.

Team members have opportunities to progress from customer service representative to management positions, such as Store Manager, General Manager, and franchise ownership.

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, including walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and assemble pizza.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Make and label boxes.
• Assist with inventory and ordering as needed.

• Basic math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly.
• Provide correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for precise, rapid movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.

• Adverse weather when removing trash or performing outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees to 90 degrees or higher.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes from baking.
• Possibly hot surfaces and tools up to 500 degrees.
• Cramped storage areas such as the walk-in cooler.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds.
• Carry bulk deliveries using a hand truck; lift cases to shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Carry cans up to 3 lb 7 oz, sauce up to 30 lb, dough trays 12 lb each.
• Push dollies holding 24-30 trays with up to 7.5 lb force; pull as necessary.
• Navigate stairs or ladders infrequently.
• Stoat, bend, squat for stocking and cleaning tasks; thresholds 30-45 seconds per instance.
• Reach above 72 inches when operating oven controls or stocking.
• Frequent eye–hand coordination for pizza dough, cutting, and box assembly.
• Use fine motor control for manipulating pizza peel, cutter, and phone.

Tools and equipment used: pencils and pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and other standard kitchen tools.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to perform the physical demands listed in Physical Requirements.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
