Stocking Team Supervisor

Job Overview

Stocking associates are responsible for unloading trucks and stocking new freight in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.

• Unload trucks and handle freight.
• Stock and organize merchandise in the backroom.
• Lift items up to and above 50 pounds.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as required.

• Physically able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Previous experience with forklifts is preferred.

• Hourly rate: $19 – $32 per hour (minimum wage or higher).
• Performance incentives:
  
  annual or quarterly bonus; additional premiums $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks.
