Responsibilities

• Develop prospects and sell Shelter products in your agency.
• Bring on staff to assist with general administrative duties and improve sales, if desired.

• A motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication skills in a sales atmosphere.
• Sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful but not required.
• No capital or assets required to be considered for an agency.
• Ability to meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies.
