Entry-Level Territory Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Entry-Level Territory Manager to join our sales team and help support and grow candy and confectionery sales within an assigned territory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is energetic, outgoing, and eager to learn the fundamentals of field sales and retail account management. You will be responsible for visiting retail locations, building relationships with candy buyers, and helping drive product placement and sales growth.

• Manage assigned retail accounts (regional grocery chains, distributors, and value chains) within the territory
• Collaborate with candy buyers to build strong account relationships and execute initiatives that enhance product placement and drive sales growth
• Identify new selling opportunities within existing accounts and report leads
• Communicate customer feedback and market trends to management
• Support trade shows, industry events, and customer activations (may require occasional weekend work)
• Travel overnight within the assigned territory as needed for business coverage and account support

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• No prior territory sales experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working face-to-face with customers and buyers
• Self-motivated with good time management skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license required with an acceptable driving history
• Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory
• Must be willing and able to travel overnight as required to meet the needs of the territory and support business operations
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends for trade shows and industry events
