Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. The role is a fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners provide service and sell to an existing customer base.

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards are met and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining a professional and safe work environment.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification before first day of employment.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
