Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures;
Monitor and control access points by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation;
Maintain accurate records of visitor entry, contractor access, key or badge issuance, and unusual activity, reporting concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established escalation procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, exterior areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized entry and identify potential security-related concerns
