• Hourly Pay: $28 - $35/hour based on experience and certifications

• Sign-On Bonus:
  Offered for the right candidate

• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM minimum

• Overtime:
  Time and a half for hours over 40 per week

• Full-Time: 40+ hours/week guaranteed

  Based in Frankfort, Indiana, servicing job sites throughout the state

• Lead & Manage:
  Oversee field operations, assign tasks, and manage crews on petroleum infrastructure projects

• Project Execution:
  Run end-to-end UST (Underground Storage Tank) installation, decommissioning, and cathodic protection jobs

• Problem-Solve On-Site:
  Make decisions, handle materials, and coordinate with customers and inspectors

• Stay Compliant:
  Ensure safety and environmental regulations are met across all job sites

• Travel Within Indiana:
  Daily travel to project locations throughout the state

• Certifications:
  
  Valid ICC State Certifications - U1, U2, U4

  • U1: UST Installation & Retrofitting

  • U2: UST Decommissioning

  • U4: UST Cathodic Protection

• Experience:
  
  3 - 5 years in petroleum field services or related trades

• Education:
  
  High school coursework or equivalent

• Driver’s License:
  Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Leadership:
  Experience running crews and managing job sites
