Local CDL A Driver – CAT Shuttle – $25/Hour + OT – Daily Home Time – Lafayette, IN

We're hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated CAT shuttle operation in the Lafayette, IN area.

consistent local runs
, guaranteed daily home time, and strong hourly pay with overtime after 40 hours. $1,300 to $1,600 weekly average pay.

• Role: CDL A Shuttle Driver – CAT Account
• Hiring Area: Within 50 miles of Lafayette, IN (47901)
• Freight: Dry van loads with no-touch freight (CAT auto parts and products)
• Schedule:
  • First shift: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon–Fri
  • Start times alternate weekly (6:30 AM or 7:15 AM)
  • Weekend work available depending on plant needs
• Routes: Primarily VMPE–LEC lane plus additional local shuttle runs
• Home Time: Return home every day
• Tractors/Trailers: 2016–2023 Kenworth day cabs and 53' dry vans
• Orientation: Paid orientation required in Atlanta, GA

• Pay Rate by Shift: 1st shift: $25/hr
• Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours
• Bonuses: $500 transition bonus (2nd paycheck)

• Valid CDL A license
• At least 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to work weekends when needed
• Must be flexible with plant schedules (posted weekly)
