This role involves delivering pizza to customers efficiently and safely while maintaining the company's standards and providing excellent customer service.

You must be 18 years of age or older.

• Have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Orientated and trained on the job.
• Communicate accurately: comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Make correct monetary change and process orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Make quick accurate calculations (may use calculator).
• Use motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
• Deliver product by car to customers' doors and deliver flyers and door hangers (driving specific duties).

• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area (several deliveries per shift).
• Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from vehicle to customer's location.
• Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.
• Manage bulk product deliveries using hand truck, lift cases up to 50 pounds and stack shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Carry large cans, 3 lb 7 oz; occasionally carry 30‑lb pizza sauce; carry trays of pizza dough three at a time (~12 lb each).
• Push or pull trays on dollies requiring force up to 7.5 lb; push trays of 24–30 units.
• Stand, walk short distances and durations, bend forward at the waist, stoop, crouch/squat when stocking shelves.
• Perform eye‑hand coordination tasks, use hands continuously, manipulate pizza peel and rolling cutter.
• Operate equipment such as calculators, telephones, TDD equipment.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash, delivering product, driving and couponing.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or above in some work areas.
• Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Near and mid‑range vision; depth perception; hearing on telephone.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.
