Forklift Operator Warehouse

Position Overview

Material Handler – Frankfort, Indiana – weekly pay, hourly $19.00 plus $1.00 additional.

Schedule:

Monday – Tuesday 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM;
Friday – Saturday 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Includes sit‑down forklift operation and automated pallet jack use.

• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, and tote products; stage transactions and load/unload trucks.
• Handle documentation such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during the core shift hour of production.
• Meet performance measurement guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team; dependable, punctual, with an excellent attendance record.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate using health and safety methods.
• Flexible and available for a flexible schedule across various shifts.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.

• Weekly pay with hourly wage of $19.00 plus $1.00 add‑on.
