Position Description
Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in Frankfort, Indiana — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.
Pay and Schedule- Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Overtime Pay: $28.50 per hour
- Schedule:
1st Shift Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 4:00pm; possible OT on Friday during peak season.
Warehouse positions in a clean, organized, and well‑run facility, handling boxes and food products using assembly line equipment. Various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles support distribution across the United States.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator’s License.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels.
- Highly thorough and dependable.
- Must be punctual and have a good attendance record.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Possesses a high degree of initiative.
- Demonstrates high accuracy, even under pressure.
- Can lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
- Can stand for long periods.
- Works using health and safety methods.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule across shifts.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
- Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
- Complete duties within performance‑measurement guidelines of the contract.
- Accurately pick, pack, audit, tote induct, stage products, and load/unload trucks.
- Handle daily warehouse paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading.
- Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
