Warehouse Case Associate

Position Description

Ryder is hiring a Case Picker Associate in Frankfort, Indiana. The position offers weekly pay and excellent benefits.

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $2.50 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  C Shift Wednesday–Saturday 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Warehouse Associates work in a clean, organized, and well‑run facility to provide the safest supply chain environment. Products handled:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• One year or more previous warehouse experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Adequate math skills
• Ability to recognize and read location and product codes
• Meet and exceed GMP standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional relationship building across all organization levels
• Multi‑tasking, highly organized, excellent time management
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Picking product and case pick
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required
• Safely operate material handling equipment
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required

• Perform other duties as assigned
