Fiscal Officer

Adecco is assisting a local client in filling an Accountant/Fiscal Officer position in Frankfort, KY. The position will be responsible for financials, accounts payable & accounts receivable, processing payments, auditing payments, and preparing reports. Monday – Friday

8:00am – 4:30pm Onsite – This is NOT a remote position.

Pay Rate: $19.88 per hour

• Reconciling the company bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Completing analysis of employee expenditures
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Generating the company’s financial reports
• Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
• Enter and upload information into the system
• Maintain files paper and electronically
• Maintain confidentiality

• 4-year Accounting Degree or 4 years of accounting experience required
• Must submit an updated resume to be considered
• Experience with accounting software and data entry
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures
• Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
• Ability work independently
• Analytical skills
• Proficiency in: MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships

Pay Details: $19.88 per hour
