Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Collector II to perform collection activities for assigned accounts under general supervision. You will contact insurance company representatives by phone or correspondence, collect incorrect insurance payments and penalties, and maintain detailed collection files using the accounts receivable system.
Additionally, you will work with Managed Care contracts and rate grids to resolve balances, verify coding, and respond to related correspondence.
