We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our leadership team. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including answering emails and phone calls, scheduling, creating social media content, preparing presentations, arranging travel, maintaining professional communication, anticipating needs, and handling sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties
  • Answer emails and phone calls
  • Provide real‑time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Create content to post on the company’s Social Media Channels
  • Prepare presentations according to instructions given
  • Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e‑mail, and mail
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Candidate Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Have a wired, high‑speed Internet connection (download speed of 20 Mbps+)
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment and is largely sedentary. The employee will sit or stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset, operate other office equipment such as a phone, copier, and printer, and may occasionally need to move around the office, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
