Duties And Responsibilities

This position is responsible for providing support to the Office of the President. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist students, staff, faulty, and visitors with general questions.
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Assist with preparing documents
  • maintain a clean workspace
  • other duties as assigned. Qualification and requirements:
    Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office Suite), Strong customer service skills, on the phone and in-person, Problem solving skills, Knowledge of KSU resources
