Looking for an Administrative Assistant opportunity that's as sweet as a Cleveland summer? Well, you're in luck! Our hometown company has a spot just for you, with shifts from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

• Mastering the art of multitasking by answering calls and welcoming customers with a smile
• Diving into data entry and analysis, while also perfecting the art of document scanning and cloud document management
• Serving up support by maintaining and jazzing up our website, with bonus points for any graphic design skills
• Being the backbone of our Sales and Marketing teams by offering top-notch assistance
• Donning the cape of an office superhero by handling admin duties, accounts receivable tasks, and ensuring smooth sailing in payment processing

• We are looking for candidates with previous experience in Administrative and Customer Service roles
• Basic knowledge in accounting, marketing, and sales support is a plus
• Being computer literate with accurate data entry abilities is essential
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette are a must
• The ability to focus on details while handling multiple tasks is highly valued
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and upholding confidentiality is important
