Senior Strategy & Planning Specialist

• Support one or more strategic enterprise initiatives
• Understand, analyze, develop, recommend, and deliver strategy and planning solutions
• Define business problems and identify issues
• Implement planned approaches for assigned initiatives
• Define and obtain data collection, research, and reporting activities
• Analyze and recommend solutions for key initiatives
• Develop and deliver presentations with more senior team members
• Collaborate with lines of business to implement recommended solutions
• Evaluate business benefits, operational impacts, adoption metrics, and value realization
• Manage multiple initiatives, track milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive execution

• University/college bachelor's degree typically required
• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
• Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may substitute for a degree
• Knowledge of strategy and business analysis
• Ability to identify operational pain points and translate them into AI/GenAI opportunities
• Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, and transformation strategies
• Product management experience, including requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
• Ability to partner with lines of business, technology teams, risk partners, and senior leaders
• Strong facilitation and consulting skills
• Program and project management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience preparing executive summaries, presentations, and strategic recommendations
• Data analysis skills supporting prioritization and decision-making
• Experience supporting use-case intake, review, and approval processes
• Preferred background in strategy, business consulting, product management, process improvement, data and analytics, or technology transformation
• Familiarity with banking operations, risk, and regulatory environments is beneficial
• Understanding of GenAI concepts, use cases, deployment patterns, and AI fundamentals is nice to have
• Familiarity with RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms is nice to have

Demonstrates expertise in strategy and business analysis, with a strong ability to develop business cases, transformation strategies, and data analysis skills to support decision-making. Proven experience in program and project management, facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful presentations.
