• Oversee and manage up to 8 client accounts located throughout Northeast Ohio
• Serve as the primary property manager and point of contact for all designated accounts
• Provide leadership over site performance, including budgeting, staffing, and maintenance operations
• Coordinate and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and compliance
• Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure adherence to all contractual obligations
• Ensure all facilities services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations
• Drive operational excellence through cost-effective strategies, process improvement initiatives, and a commitment to customer satisfaction

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities or property management
• Proven track record overseeing commercial properties
• Strong experience managing contractual obligations, budgets, and subcontracts
