The Office of Fiscal Administration is responsible for capital and operating budgets, purchasing, payables and revenue transactions, state and federal financial reporting and several other financial and support functions.

No ag background, no problem! You’ll learn all about agriculture from our top-notch experts who dedicate their lives to a cleaner, safer, better Ohio. The Officeof Fiscal Administration is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Senior Financial Analyst role.

This responsibilities of this role include:

• As a lead worker, prepare, solicit & evaluate purchasing and contracting proposals within the Ohio Buys e-procurement and purchasing system. Provide work direction and training to other Ohio Buys users within the Department.
• Work with program office and division subject matter experts to write product specifications, contract scope of work, pricing matrices and terms and conditions for solicitations that include non-customary goods and services with multiple- complex attributes. Write criteria to evaluate proposals.
• Assist in completing Request-to-Purchase process and acts as liaison with Ohio Department of Administrative Services and divisions.
