Elk Creek Animal Hospital is hiring a Client Care Specialist!

• Role: Client Care Specialist / Veterinary Receptionist
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts. Rotating Saturdays (8 am - noon). Closed Thursdays.
• Employment Status: Full-Time

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling appointments
• Support patient check-in and check-out processes
• Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  
  Assist with client questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Support daily hospital operations and front desk workflow
• Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous veterinary or customer service experience is a plus
