RBW Logistics is looking for a purpose-driven Customer Service Representative to support ourlogisticsoperations and help us fulfill our mission:__To create opportunities for others to shine and grow.
What You’llDoAs a Customer Service Representative,you’llbe the vital link between our warehouse operations and our customers.
You’llmanage freight brokerage, drayage, and scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments, while ensuringtimelyandaccurateinvoicing.
You’llalso play a key role inmaintainingstrong customer relationships, resolving issues, and supporting continuous improvement across our service processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse teams and customers, ensuring clear andtimelycommunication.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Write and deliveraccuratebusiness correspondence and apply professional telephone communication skills.
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately process inbound and outbound paperwork, ensuring data integrity andtimelysystem updates.
- Schedule and coordinate freight, drayage, and load appointments to meet customer timelines.
- Ensure all special requests are documented and executed according to customer expectations
- Prepare and issueaccurateinvoices for receiving, outbound processing, and value-added services.
- Complete month-end billing and ensure all customer accounts are invoiced by the 2nd business day of each month.
- Maintain clean, auditable records and documentation for all transactions.
- Assist with physical inventories and second counts to support 99% inventory accuracy.
- Identifyprocessinefficiencies and support improvements to enhance service and cost-effectiveness.
- Promote and uphold company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with WMS systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred.
