This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Coverage Dates:
Mondays
- Tuesday starting in mid-September

• Setting:
  Clinic
• Procedures/Cases: 98% of patients are adults. Procedures needed:
  Fillings, Ortho
  - Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry. Number of Dental Assistants: 1-2 per dentist, Number of Hygienists: 1
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days
• Requirements:
  Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
