Compensation$1,500/day guarantee (8-hour day)
Min 35% of adjusted collections (draw model, excluding hygiene)
$10,000 sign-on bonus ($5k at start, $5k after 90 days)
Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement
50% employer-paid health insurance
401(k) with company contributions (after 1 year)
$3,000 annual CE stipend (includes ADA dues & DEA license)
100% malpractice coverage
