• Active and valid Speech‑Language Pathology licensure for Kentucky
• Prior experience in school‑based settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

• Assess students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement tailored speech therapy plans for students of varying ages
• Work with teachers, staff, and families to support students IEP goals
• Provide group and individual therapy sessions within classroom or resource settings
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team‑based decisions for student support
