The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking College and Career Coaches for the GEAR UP Kentucky program. Coaches will advise assigned students and families to enhance college readiness, collaborating closely with school staff and community partners. This interim position, from August 17, 2026, to May 14, 2027, involves direct engagement with middle and high school students across multiple schools.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a commitment to supporting underprivileged communities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Some travel may be required for meetings and professional development.
