• Support the programmatic efforts for 4-H Youth Development in Auglaize County in line with the goals set by the 4-H Educator.
• Work with office staff, key stakeholders, partners, and community members to support educational programs and activities for youth based on the community needs and the 4-H model.
• Work with the 4-H Educator and other staff with 4-H enrollment, volunteer recruitment, data entry and management, record keeping, and organization/maintenance of files.
• Work with the 4-H Educator and Office Associate to develop printed and digital media/flyers including webpages, blog sites, social media, newsletters, and articles.
• Participate as an Ohio State University Extension team member in Auglaize County by participating in staff meetings, stewardship model, and engaging in professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with Extension personnel to maintain a positive public image and demonstrate the mission of the land grant university.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Certification or vocational training may be required.
• Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
