Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field of science
Preferred Qualifications- Advanced degree in the social sciences.
- Two years experience in a project/research coordination position.
This position serves as the Research Project Coordinator for a statewide school behavioral health workforce development initiative designed to strengthen the capacity of Georgia schools to recognize, respond to, and support students experiencing behavioral health concerns. Working in partnership with external partners, the Research Project Coordinator manages project implementation, including statewide training logistics, stakeholder engagement, implementation support, and continuous quality improvement.
The position coordinates project communication, monitors implementation fidelity and project milestones, supports qualitative and quantitative evaluation activities, analyzes implementation and outcome data, and prepares reports to document project impact and inform ongoing program improvement.
