Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individualized and small-group learning support.
• Monitor student progress and use data to guide instruction.
• Promote positive classroom behavior and student engagement.
• Modify lessons, assignments, assessments, and classroom materials.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Programs.
• Maintain accurate student records and special education documentation.
• Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals and student needs.
• Communicate student progress with families and school team members.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service professionals.

• Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
• Valid Indiana teaching license with the appropriate Special Education credential/endorsement.
