Job Title:
Construction and Surveying Technician
We are seeking a diligent and experienced technician to join our team, assisting with construction inspection and surveying. This role involves significant travel, primarily throughout Kentucky and potentially neighboring states, and requires strong communication and documentation skills. The successful candidate will play a vital role in soil density testing at landfill sites, completing construction project reports, and tracking project schedules.
Responsibilities- Assist with construction inspection and surveying at job sites.
- Conduct soil density testing at landfill locations.
- Document findings and maintain thorough records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in construction inspection and surveying preferred.
- Proficiency in documentation and strong writing skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- A two-year technical degree is a plus but not required.
- Experience with civil and construction testing, Civil 3D, and landfill surveying.
- The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
