As a top 14 transportation firm, HMB has some of the largest infrastructure projects in the country. We're looking for a Roadway EIT in Frankfort, Lexington, or New Albany to work on capstone-type projects and be client-facing from day one.

• Working under the responsible charge of a Professional Engineer as a member of a team in the design and preparation of technical reports, analysis/calculations, and construction documents.
• Preparation of accurate presentation, design, details, and construction documents.
• Preparation of permit applications and submittal packages to agencies having jurisdiction.
• Coordination with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors, and other parties associated with the project.
• Development and adherence to project scope, schedules, and budgets.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in all technical aspects of roadway design.
• Experience with Open Roads Designer preferred.
• EIT Certification is preferred.
• Detail-oriented individual with strong technical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and standard industry software.
• Works well in multidisciplinary team environments and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong oral presentation and written communication skills.
